At LittleBaku Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used hygiene products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to our return address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email notification of receipt
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Credit the original payment method used for purchase

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item doesn't match the description

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time varies)
